His UK fellowship training included specialist programmes in Arthroscopy & Sports Injuries and Joint Replacement Surgery — disciplines that would define the core of his practice. He subsequently undertook a further fellowship in Lower Limb Surgery in Australia, completing a uniquely comprehensive international surgical education. earning his MBBS and MS Orthopaedics — he pursued advanced surgical training in the United Kingdom, where he was awarded MRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Returning to India with this rare combination of qualifications and clinical exposure, Dr. Bansal established The Joint Clinic in Jalandhar — with a singular mission: to make world-class orthopaedic care accessible to the people of Punjab.
